What People's Say About Place

As someone who’s new to the vegan lifestyle, I wasn’t sure what to expect but this place made the transition feel exciting and delicious. The flavors are rich, comforting, and still have that authentic Cuban taste I grew up with, just without the animal products. It honestly surprised me how satisfying everything was. The dishes are fresh, well-seasoned, and you can tell a lot of love goes into the food. The staff was patient and super helpful in recommending options for someone still learning what vegan eating looks like. The whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it feels good knowing you’re eating something both tasty and ethical. Whether you’re vegan, trying to cut back on meat, or just curious, Vegan Cuban Cuisine is a must-try.

Hands down this churrasco vegan steak taste so much like the real thing. This is an amazing place amazing vibe the people there are just amazing as well. The food was absolutely amazing

Ordered out with my boyfriend, we got the burrito and Cuban sandwich with a cafe con leche and a pastelito. AMAZING. The food was juicy and flavorful, the café con leche was delicious with the store made oat milk and the pastelito was FIRE. First time having jackfruit and was more than pleasantly surprised. Definitely returning. Definitely recommended.

Top three of my Miami Vegan places. Had to go back and make sure it was real and that good and not just the first time impression (at least that was my excuse ). That espresso machine tells everything that they mean business. Decor is up to par, refreshing, high ceiling, bright and Celia’s beautiful smile welcoming you! Heavenly. Now to the food, a lot of options, true flavor of classics I have not had for a while including pastel de guayana and “queso’, croquetas de “ham’, sandwich Cubano, Areoz Imperial, wow! Very modern looking and ordering system is advanced and interactive. Lastly, what would be a place without its people, attentions were wry courteous and helpful, smiles and great interactions.

I'm not vegan and I loved it! I'm also Cuban and it's authentic Cuban food with all the right flavor profiles. The fake meat tastes like real meat and I'm a carnivore. The chickpea croquettes were so good! They were savory and crispy! I could've eaten 10. The papa rellena had fake ground beef and I thought it was legit picadillo the seasoning was exactly right. The ropa vieja tasted like chuck roast and the rice and beans were obviously authentic Cuban. The tortilla was made with fake eggs and I thought it tasted better than a normal tortilla. I wish the pan tostado was crispier and oilier but it was okay. Macha was legit! If you want good Cuban food this is the place, even if it's vegan bc you can't tell the difference! And if you're vegan and want to try Cuban meat dishes that taste like the real thing but are vegan, this place is a must. I paid almost 50 dollars plus tip, so I wish it were a little cheaper but I understand plant-based food is more expensive to make. Besides, I got a lot of different plates, and it was all tasty, so I'm not gonna complain. We sat outside. It was really nice inside but if you sit outside you can watch the sunset on Sunset! And the sparrows will come greet you! Couldn't ask for a lovelier location! Overall a perfect experience! I'm not vegan but I am Cuban and I can't recommend this place enough!

The best and only all vegan Cuban restaurant around! I only wish there were more locations closer to where I live. When I started to go plant based it was the food that I missed the most because my first meal I’ve ever had when I was like 12 years old and moved to Miami was Cuban food! Highly recommend to eat here no matter if you’re plant based or not!

Hands down one of the best vegan spots in Miami! I stopped by for breakfast and ordered the Cuban Toast, Iced Coffee, and a guava pastelito — and wow, everything was incredible. The Cuban Toast was perfectly crispy, buttery (but plant-based!), and full of that authentic Cuban flavor without any animal products. The Iced Coffee was strong, smooth, and refreshing — exactly what I needed on a warm Florida day. And the guava pastelito? Flaky, sweet, and bursting with that classic guava goodness — it tasted just like the traditional ones but 100% vegan. This place nails the balance of staying true to Cuban roots while being completely plant-based. The vibe is welcoming, service is friendly, and you can tell they put love into every dish. If you're craving Cuban food and want a guilt-free (and animal-free) option, Vegan Cuban Cuisine is a must-try. I'll definitely be back.

The customer service was good, atmosphere relaxed and the food was phenomenal. I have been two days in a row since discovering this gem. I've never been able to eat all of these delicious Cuban pastries till now. I'm so happy this place exists. Everything I ordered was on point. My favorite 2 are the meat pastelito's & the breakfast empanada.
